Randy & Dawn Cowart

Having been raised as a Pastor's son, Randy Cowart knew from a young age the calling on his life to preach the Gospel and Pastor God's people. He has been preaching since 1987 and pastoring since 1996. Randy and Dawn were married in 1993 and have three children, Kaylee, Clay & Chloe.
Pastor Randy has a unique blend of dynamic preaching and engaging teaching that is relevant to anyone regardless of their situation.
Pastor Randy loves the Saint Louis Cardinals, German chocolate cake, riding motorcycles and he was a rad break dancer in his High School years!

Kaylee leads our congregation in worship. She also oversees the daily operations of the church. She enjoys working with church leaders and volunteers to ensure all ministries run smoothly. Kaylee started at City Church in 2014 as our office assistant. She has the natural ability to bring joy and laughter to whatever room she enters.
Kaylee and her husband Jordan have two sons, Judah and Luca. And a black lab named Jaxon. She has a passion for music ministry, traveling, graphic design, cooking, and reading.
Norma butler

Norma is a native of Memphis, TN. She is married to Robert Butler, is a Mother of four children and Grandmother to four. Norma has a Bachelor's in Elementary Education (Texas College, Tyler, TX) She retired from Memphis City School, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
Norma’s favorite pass time is dancing…even to commercials on TV.
Jeff & Katie Miller
Children's ministers
The Miller family came to City Church from their home state of Missouri in April 2019. Jeff and his wife Katie have been married since 2005. They have six children and have been active in children's and youth discipleship all along the way.
Jeff leads City Kids Ministry with a mission to love on kids and teach them about Jesus. He believes that discipleship for all ages means kids can have fun and just be kids as they get to know the Lord. He and Katie are both excited to see what God is doing in this generation.
Next to the Lord, his wife and family, Jeff loves Kansas City sports and homemade smokin' barbecue. He also coaches all of his kids' sports teams and likes to get out in the woods for hunting season whenever he can.
